Late Christmas

I know it's a little late for a Christmas post...but I have been outta town so I get a free pass. :) I had a great Christmas, got some kick ass presents; my two favorite ones were my awesome R2D2: (you guys probably remember my post awhile back about how badly I wanted him)

My second favorite toy is probably one of the best presents I have ever received. My very own, one of a kind, made just for me Luma plushie from Super Mario Galaxy!

I also got the full Beatles anthology (I am a HUGE Beatles fan) some cool Asian horror films, Rob Zombie's Halloween, a kitty carrier for my kitty and some other fun stuff. Over all I had a great Christmas.

I had a good New Years as well, broke my finger while snowboarding, but all is well. How was everyone's New Year?

Raychul, What Cool Asian flicks did you get? I have been trying to bulk up my own collection - Seen any of the "8films to die for" from the horrorfest series. Ayway, let me know I watched Ju-On and some others - Like Ichi the killer, more gore fest than horror but very interesting. btw a belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I liked Rob Zombie's Halloween. Malcolm McDowell + mega-buff Michael Myers = win.

VARISIK: Yeah I own all of the 8 films to die for series, they are all right. But if you're looking for awesome Asian horror, then I highly recommend "Imprint" by my favorite director Takashi Miike. Also I recommend "Oldboy" by Chan-wook Park, and make sure it's the Tartan Asian Extreme version. Oh but keep in mind, I like really insane shit, so if you think the Grudge is hardcore then I am the wrong person to be asking. :) Let me know whatcha think.
