There is a Disturbance in the Force!

Star Wars fans everywhere can feel that something is amiss, something is terribly wrong. With much research, I have found the location of what has been darkening us, and beware, it is not an easy sight. Prepare yourselves.

The first mishap is actually kinda cute, to me. It is adorable, I want one, but I know it is wrong. Why must our love be wrong but feel so right? The thing that is giving the "uh-oh" feeling to Star Wars fans everywhere is a...PINK R2D2!

Pink R2?! I love it.....but, but, I am ashamed to love it.

Cute as he may be, he is not the main cause of our disturbance. I must warn you again, what you are about to see with be burnt into your memory, you may never be able to watch Star Wars the same way again, what you are about to see may enrage you, may depress you. You have been warned. Now I introduce you to....Pink Hello Kitty Darth Vader!!!

This is sick, just absolutely sick.

The above image is disgusting and just plain disgraceful! Who would do such a thing?! If I was at a convention and saw this monstrosity I would probably begin to cry, Star Wars fans would unite and and destroy this mockery! - must have been made by a Star Trek fan.

I think I actually saw Hello Vader at Star Wars Celebration last year. Or uhh, I would have, if I went to nerd conventions, that is. Which I most certainly don't. :x
There was a pretty sweet Samurai Trooper, though. Or, I'd imagine there would be, again, if I had attended. ;p

That really is disturbing. That's like an inverted color Vader! The complete opposite. Black and ominous vs white/pink and cute.

That storm trooper needs needs to put "Vader" out of "his" misery.

I think I remember seeing that guy outside of my old elementary school when I was little. He said that if we got in his van he'd give us some candy and show us the true way to the force... I don't remember much after that...

Its another reason why I don't feel the need to go to conventions. Although it could be worse,for example the 501st could have shown up in predominantly pink armor and jedi/siths could have been running around in neon colored robes, so keep that in mind that it could have been much worse.

Well maybe that's not R2D2. Maybe it's his girlfriend? :P I think Hello Vader is cute! XD I wish I had gotten to see him in person.

The pink R2-D2 is actually R2-KT, and Hasbro put out a limited miniature version last year named after a little girl named Katy who passed away from cancer. She was the daughter of one of the founders of the 501st. Proceeds from the sale of the R2-KTs went to the Make A Wish Foundation.

Hey GameGirl, I can send you one of mine to keep if you blog it. I already purchased it, so no guilt about giving it away for free...

No not really, i also think this is disgusting, i think that just by watching it now i have cancer in the brain, i am a huge Star Wars fan (probability No.13 in the whole world) and my goal is to find out who´s behind this and destroy it via Force Choke.
