The Rumors:
-A new splash screen has appeared on Bungie.com. This new screen shows what appears to be a biohazard warning. The site says, "Please Remain Calm", Proceed with Caution", "Keep it Clean", and more. There isn't really too much speculation as to what this is, unless you believe the rumors of Halo 'Blue'.
-I came across an article that sited joystick as their source for some new information about a possible new Halo game called "Blue". When I clicked the link the url shows that there is an article about this but the content has been deleted. Creepy, right? Well the Xbox360fanboy site still has the info. According to the Wal*Mart "wire" Halo "Blue" is an M rated shooter that will be coming out on September 30. Unfortunately this is still in rumor land since nothing during the Microsoft Press Conference today addressed anything Halo.
The Buzz:
-A new deal has emerged between Sony Computer Entertainment(Europe and America) and Double Fusion. The agreement reached is about the addition of in-game advertising. Advertising in video games has been something of interest for years. Gamers seem to be divided over how in game advertising affects them, the games and the business as whole. How do you feel about in-game advertising?
Announcements:
-The UK Gaming magazine NGamer has confirmed that Sims Animals will be coming to the Wii and DS in 2009. The game is being made by the same studio who brought us My Sims.
-At today's Microsoft Press Conference it was confirmed that the Square Enix game Final Fantasy 13 will be appearing on the PS3 and X360 on the same day. This is a big surprise since up until today the game was thought to be a confirmed Sony exclusive.
-The PS3 version of Bioshock will have trophy support. The released box art also shows the Home logo on the box, leading many to speculate if Home will be ready by Home's launch.

Comments
I love rumors bacause they give hope but at the same time i hate them since its nothing official and make people desperate without clues, so i wish all the rumors that includes Halo will come true.
Is cool that they will release FF13 for the 360 but honestly to me sony will always be the master of JRPG´s and i will buy it for the ps3 since thats where i have played from FF7 and up.
The lol cat is funny as always, lol.
nice blog Nikole, but i think that there was a mistake with the release dates, you put june instead of july :) and if any of you girls are on E3 make a blog of it, i am so exiced to hear the news, i have been hearing news form friends in forums but i need more :)
I watched the coverage on G4 today expecting Halo Blue to be announced by Microsoft and it wasnt D: I really really want this rumor to be trueeee!
